Under the authority of the Illinois Commerce Commission, XL Towing is one of few companies licensed to conduct private property towing.

The founder and President of XL Towing Sherry Di Vito is a DePaul University graduate with an MBA in finance and economics, and holds a fifteen year career in the financial services industry. Currently sitting on the Board of Directors for the Professional Towing & Recovery Operators of Illinois (PTROI), Ms. Di Vito is dedicated to raising the bar in an industry that is in much need of reform.
